Customer Service Advisor

Transglobal Express is a rapidly growing international parcel delivery company. Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do – it’s one of the major ways that we strive to differentiate ourselves from the other companies in our sector.

Are you passionate about helping customers? If so then we want you on our team. You will be handling calls and email (inbound and outbound) and monitoring any queries in a proactive manner. We are therefore looking for candidates who are adaptable, approachable and multi-skilled.

Due to the nature of our work, we are also looking for candidates who speak additional languages. Ideally, we would like applicants who are proficient in German, French, Portuguese or Madeiran, but we are interested in hearing from any applicants who have a second language in addition to excellent English.

Applicants must be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent customer service, with a positive, can-do attitude. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, willing to take ownership of customer issues. We are looking for someone who is motivated, flexible and hard-working, able to work effectively alone or in a team. Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.

This is a busy, bustling office environment. We are proud to have acquired the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award and Investors in People Gold.

• Pay: £8.75 - £10.00 p.h depending on experience and languages
• Hours of Work: 40 hours a week between 8.00 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Additional Contractual Overtime: 1 Saturday per month 9.00 am to 1.00 pm paid at time and a half
• Paid Weekly or Monthly
