Sending a parcel to Europe? One-hour delivery windows with DPD Predict.

Select our DPD service for European parcel deliveries and you can now receive text (SMS) and email notifications to notify you of the one-hour delivery window during which your parcel will be delivered.

If you won't be home, you can change the delivery date, reroute the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place.

You can also track the progress of your delivery from your smartphone, and know exactly where your parcel is right up until the 15-minute window of its arrival.

All you need to do is provide a valid, local mobile phone number and email address for the recipient when booking with us.
