IOSS Shipping Options
We also offer Spring (IOSS) services. To use this option, you must be IOSS-registered and provide your IOSS number during the booking process. This service is available for shipments valued up to €150, with parcel dimensions of up to 100 x 50 x 50cm. Parcels without a valid IOSS number will be returned to the sender.

Final mile delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, Spring partners with trusted carriers for the final mile. For shipments to the Netherlands, the final mile is completed by Post NL . For parcels sent to Ireland, carriers such as Fastway or An Post handle the final part of the journey, depending on the service type.
